We love the way Xero continually releases new features. The latest is Invoice Reminders. Chasing up payment isn't one of my favourite jobs and I'm sure I'm not alone.
You can use Xero's invoice reminders to help automate the process. The emails can be tailored to your business, and you can select from a pre-set number of days in which the emails can be sent. If you want to be pro-active, send reminders before an invoice is due as well.
